Star Wars Day was this past Sunday at The Pfitz and all members of our roster (25 men) plus the coaching staff donned them.
All were auctioned off to the P-Nats' faithful and each winning fan got to receive a picture with the player or coach on the field post-game and all jerseys were autographed by the player or coach.
We have a few extras that will be placed on our MiLB Auction website page. We wanted to add some more flavor to the typical Star Wars events in MiLB.

Regardless of their age, summer campers at Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center return every year to learn and excel at their favorite hobbies.
Many sports campers begin their journey at Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center in a beginner level soccer camp. As the summers progress, many campers' skills improve so much that they find success at their local elementary, middle and high schools, as well as local club teams.
Horse lovers
For horse lovers, Freedom offers an equestrian summer camp. The campers begin taking lessons and enjoy and learn it enough always to make the choice to return every summer. In fact, the equestrian summer camp is one of the first camps to fill up the quickest. One of the reasons being is that throughout their lessons, campers develop a long-lasting passion for horses and riding. Horses don't come to Freedom Center, but campers travel to a local stable called Clover Brooke Stables for their lessons.

Looking for a way to keep your kids busy this summer? The Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center has a massive indoor swimming pool and is hosting its annual Summer Camp.
A majority of Freedom's summer campers will go swimming each day. The times are scheduled, and camping groups are rotated to keep the pool from getting overcrowded.
While in the pool, children can enjoy the swimming slide, diving boards, and an inflatable obstacle course called the "wibit" on Fridays. All campers are supervised by Freedom's camp counselors who are in the pool or walking the pool deck. All of Freedom's counselors are trained on swim time procedures. The kids will have supervision when walking to the restroom and when they switch pools.

Stonewall Jackson High School Girlsâ Varsity Basketball Teamâs most recent and first loss of the season to the Battlefield Bobcats was unexpected, to say the least.
The Cardinal District team is ranked number one in the Washington Postâs âAll Metsâ section of high school sports and a team who boasted a 20-0 record prior to the game that took place on Tuesday. The loss briefly demonstrated a flaw in the Lady Raidersâ fortress.
âWe came out each quarter fast and then slowed,â states Head Coach Diana Martinez. âOur kids played hard and fought to get back into that game, but, unfortunately, the ball went the other way.â
Any team with a 20-game win record canât stay down for long.
âWe are family,â said senior and guard, Rachel Burns. âThey [the team] are like my sisters.â
And with that simple, yet powerful statement, the Raiders march on — their final destination, an opportunity to play and win the Virginia State Championship.
The Lady Raiders have an arsenal of coaching weapons at their ready. Coach Martinez is a former Woodbridge Senior High School player. Graduating in 2003, she went on to play Division II basketball at St. Andrewâs University (formerly, St. Andrewâs Presbyterian College) located in Laurinburg, N.C.
Upon her graduation, she coached for a year at her Alma Mater, later moving back to Prince WIlliam County and becoming an assistant coach at Woodbridge Senior High School.
An open opportunity and the urging of friends landed her at Stonewall High School coaching the girlâs basketball program. Read More
