The investigation revealed the accused was intoxicated and operating the vehicle in a reckless manner as he fired several rounds of a shotgun from the vehicle.”

Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – “On June 19 at 1:21AM, officers responded a residence located in the 13700 block of Lynhurst Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed two dark-colored vehicles drove up to the residence where multiple occupants exited and fired several rounds in the direction of the home. No injuries were reported. The vehicles immediately fled following the incident. The home and a neighboring residence were struck during the encounter. Several shell casings were located in the street and front yard of the home.”
“Armed Robbery – On June 17 at 5:03PM, officers responded to the area of Ridgefield Village Dr and Pilgrims Inn Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 17-year-old male juvenile, was walking in the above area when he encountered two other males, likely juveniles, who were reportedly following him. During the encounter, one of the males brandished a firearm and took the victim’s wallet from his pocket before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspects who were not located. Both juveniles were described as black males, one with the heavy build around 5’0”, the other thin around 4’10”, both wearing dark-colored clothing.”
“Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On June 18 at 2:12AM, officers responded to Tandoori Nights located at 14633 Richmond Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed an unknown man and woman were involved in verbal altercation in the parking lot of the business when the male party brandished a firearm and fired multiple rounds into the air. The parties dispersed prior to police arriving on scene. Shell casings were located in the parking lot. No injuries or property damage were immediately reported. Later that morning, a bullet hole was discovered in the front window of a neighboring business, Rocco’s Chicken, believed to have been caused during the previous incident.”

OmniRide: “The Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the following proposed changes to OmniRide bus services.”
“Consolidation of the Lake Ridge-Washington DC (L100) and Lake Ridge-Pentagon-Crystal City (L200) commuter routes into one route. The consolidated route would serve the Pentagon Transit Center as well as all current L100 stops in downtown Washington. Extension of select Dale City-Pentagon (D200) trips into Crystal City to compensate for the Lake Ridge route consolidation. Introduction of new Eastern and Western Commuter Lot Connector trips to provide additional access to commuter lots during off peak times. A passenger riding in a pickup injured in a crash on Old Bridge Road in Lake Ridge on April 29 has died.
Prince William police are now seeking tips from anyone who witnessed the crash.
Fatal Crash Investigation – On April 29 at 11:15PM, officers responded to the intersection of Old Bridge Rd. and Colby Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a two-vehicle crash. The investigation revealed the driver of a 2020 Kia Sorento was stopped at a red traffic light on Old Bridge Rd. at the intersection with Colby Dr. when the driver of a 2011 Ford F-150 truck, identified as the accused, failed to stop, striking the Kia from behind.
The Ford truck continued off of the roadway before striking a light pole and coming to rest. The driver of the Ford truck then fled prior to police arriving at the scene. A 30-year-old male passenger of the Ford truck was initially transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
On May 19, crash investigators were notified that the passenger died as a result of his injuries sustained during the crash. The driver of the Kia was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Investigators are actively seeking to confirm the identity of the driver of the Ford truck. Investigators with the Crash Investigation Unit are asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash to contact police. The investigation continues.

Prince William County police said a 38-year-old man got into an argument, attacked and killed his parents, and died from injuries received during the incident.
Police said his injuries were not self-inflicted and were from a bayonet.
Police found the victims on Tuesday, May 16, at 7:17 a.m., when officers were called to the 5100 block of Cannon Bluff Drive in Lake Ridge to investigate a stabbing.
Emergency crews pronounced a 70-year-old woman dead on the scene. They took a father and son to an emergency room, where they later died.
The father called police to the home, police said.
Triple Homicide Investigation *PARTIES IDENTIFIED | INVESTIGATIVE DETAILS – On May 17, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Manassas conducted autopsies on the three deceased family members located in a residence in the 5100 block of Cannon Bluff Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) on May 16.
The preliminary investigation into the incident revealed an altercation occurred between the three deceased resulting in one of family members, the 38-year-old son, fatally stabbing his 70-year-old mother. At one point during the encounter, it is believed the son and his 67-year-old father continued the altercation resulting in both ultimately sustaining fatal injuries from a bayonet that was used in the encounter.
It is currently believed the son’s fatal injuries were not self-inflicted and were sustained during the altercation with his father. The father was able to contact police before being transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries. The son was also transported to an area hospital and later died while the mother was pronounced dead on scene.
The son, identified as Nicholas Lee REAMS, is being considered the primary aggressor in the incident which resulted in the death of his parents.
At this time, the incident is considered domestic-related. Any further pertinent details in this investigation will be released as needed. The investigation continues.

Three people died of stab wounds stemming from a family dispute.
Prince William County police said there is no threat to the community. Officers found the victims just after 7 a.m. at a home in Lake Ridge.
Homicide Investigation – On May 16 at 7:17AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 5100 block of Cannon Bluff Dr. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a stabbing. When officers arrived at the home, they located three occupants, identified as a 67-year-old man, a 70-year-old woman, and a 38-year-old man, all suffering from stab wounds. Officers immediately provided first aid until fire and rescue personnel arrived on scene. The female party was pronounced dead at the scene while both male parties were transported to an area hospital where they died from their injuries. The parties were determined to be family members and the altercation was contained to the residence. At this time, the three parties believed to be involved in the altercation are accounted for and there is no known threat to the community. Detectives are actively investigating the incident to determine the course of events leading up to the call to police by the older male occupant. The identity of the three deceased will be released pending notification of a next-of-kin. The investigation continues
