One hundred Georgetown South residents will get a third parking permit from the city and won't have to pay a dime.
The Manassas City Council approved the measure at its Monday, March 27, 2023, meeting. Councilman Tom Osina, who lives in Georgetown South, a neighborhood of townhomes in Downtown Manassas, motioned to approve the measure.
