Prince William County Potomac District Supervisor Andrea Bailey will hold a town hall to discuss the coal ash ponds and plans to cap them in a landfill near Dumfries.
The town hall will be held on March 30 at Potomac High School, 3401 Panther Pride Drive in Woodbridge.

On Thursday, February 23, Prince William County detectives charged a 27-year-old man in connection with the robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Truist Bank located at 16541 River Ridge Boulevard in Woodbridge on February 9.
Forensic evidence collected at the robbery scene ultimately led to the suspect's identity. Following the investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect, identified as David Emanuel Andrews, in connection to the incident.

Dumfries town officials held a youth town hall on Monday, February 20, 2023.
Tweflth-grade student Chance Williams and a panel of two seniors, and students if fifth and six grades in Prince William County Schools participated.
During the town hall, the panel discussed a range of topics, including bullying, mental health issues in schools, lack of community activities for students, and a feeling of not being safe. Parents were also in attendance and shared their concerns about school lockdowns and student bullying.
