Stafford growth meetings planned

Stafford, Va. –– Officials want to know what you think about plans for future urban growth in Stafford County.

Two public workshops will be held to discuss planned Urban Development Areas in the county, the first at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Stafford, at the building formerly used by Stafford Rescue Station 1 at 2147 Jefferson Davis Highway (U.S. 1) at 7 p.m., next to the county’s administration center.

The second will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Rocky Run Elementary School at 95 Reservoir Road in Stafford.

At the meetings, residents will learn where the UDAs in the county are proposed to go.
