The harrowing story of a young Jewish girl who, with her family and their friends, is forced into hiding in an attic in Nazi-occupied Amsterdam, and tells her story through the thing she holds most dear to her; her diary.

“The Diary of Anne Frank” is directed by Scott J. Strasbaugh, and produced by Chrissy and Nick Mastrangelo; Stage Managed by April Bridgeman with Lighting Design by Kurt Gustafson, Sound Design by Michelle Matthews and Set Design by Dan Widerski.

This dramatic masterpiece features Lucia LaNave (Anne Frank), Jim Constable (Otto Frank), Elise Ariel (Edith Frank), Brigid Randolph (Margot Frank), Ricardo Padilla (Mr. Van Daan), Gayle Nichols-Grimes (Mrs. Van Daan), Craig Goeringer (Peter Van Daan), Alec Henneberger (Mr. Dussel), Krista Day Poole (Miep Gies), Joshua Vest (Mr. Kraler/First Man), Brian Purcell (Second Man) and Ari Halvorson (Third Man).

Providing quality local community theatre since 1984, the all-volunteer group, Prince William Little Theatre, is partly funded by grants from the Prince William County Parks Authority, the City of Manassas and private contributions. PWLT has won 14 NVTA One Act Festival awards and 4 Virginia Theatre Association awards since 1991, as well as 5 Washington Area Theatre Community Honors (WATCH) awards.
