The 10-year-old female victim was assaulted over the course of two to three month time period in the by a known acquaintance in the 1700 block of Carter Lane in Woodbridge, said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok.
The assaults were reported by police Monday.
Santos Humberto Sanchez-Valencia, 32, of 1711 Carter Lane in Woodbridge, is charged with three counts of sexual battery, two counts of object sexual penetration and with two counts of penetration of a child’s mouth, said Perok.
Sanchez-Valencia was held without bond and his court date was not released.
