Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On March 27 at 9:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1500 block of Kentucky Ave in Woodbridge (22172) to investigate a domestic. Once at the residence, officers made contact with the accused. During the encounter, the accused spat in the officer’s face before being quickly detained. While the accused was being processed at the Juvenile Detention Center, the accused spat on the officer’s back. The accused was quickly detained without further incident. No injuries were reported.
