Military counseling group expands location in Woodbridge

Zeiders Enterprises Inc. (Zeiders), a proven leader in military and family readiness and resilience services, has expanded its operations in Prince William County, Virginia.  The company now occupies 22,800 square feet at its current location in Woodbridge, Virginia, which provides close proximity to major military installations, including Marine Corps Base Quantico, Fort Belvoir, Fort Detrick and key educational institutions.

The expansion supports Zeiders’ strategic mission in making a difference in military families’ lives and will substantially leverage its abilities to provide increased services and support.  The company is committed to the people it serves and the constant development and implementation of solution-based support that evolves with the needs of service members, veterans, their families and commands.

“Our company has certainly evolved over the years; our recent acquisition will afford us the leverage and flexibility to continue to improve our operations; to respond more effectively to our clients’ needs; and to make an even bigger difference in the lives of the military families we serve.  We are excited by the opportunities that lie ahead and believe that the expansion will allow us to take full advantage of those prospects,” said Michael Zeiders.

First established in Prince William County 30 years ago, the company delivers mission essential services to millions of military and family members each year through in-person contact, call centers and internet-based service delivery at over 100 military installations and locations worldwide.  Its more than 1,300 dedicated staff members, who are deployed globally, provide a host of services including: clinical and financial counseling, career guidance, victim advocacy, new-parent support, as well as relocation assistance.

“We are truly proud of Zeiders’ accomplishments and even more proud that they have chosen to remain in Prince William County,” said Jeff Kaczmarek, Executive Director, Prince William County Department of Economic Development.  They are truly a home-grown company, making a tangible positive difference every day in the lives of people across the nation.”

A veteran-owned company, Zeiders’ passion and dedication to improving the lives of military service members and families comes naturally as over 70 percent of its employees have military connections with 40 percent themselves being military spouses.  Therefore, qualified staff are able to assess clients’ needs from both perspectives and that approach has been instrumental in building and maintaining client relationships.  Also key to the company’s success is continuous education, which is part of its core values.

Of his decision to remain in Prince William County for over 30 years, Mr. Zeiders adds, “the quality of the workforce available in Prince William County is unparalleled.  The County offers a unique blend of quality of life amenities, proximity to key federal, military and educational institutions and ease of access to three major airports; which gets us to our customers anywhere in the world.”
