Intoxicated Man Kicks Officer, Gives False Identity While in Custody, police say

WOODBRIDGE, Va. – On Oct. 2, police went to investigate reports of trespassing in the area and while searching the supposed trespasser, the suspect kicked an officer in the leg. Police say that the suspect was drunk and gave a false identity to officers while in custody. 

Here’s the latest from Prince William police:

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On October 2nd at 5:00PM, officers responded to the 12900 block of Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a reported trespasser. Officers arrived in the area and located the accused who was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested. During a search, the accused became agitated and began kicking one of the arresting officers in the leg. Following a brief struggle, the accused was eventually detained. During questioning, the accused provided officers with a false identity. The accused was later identified as the below listed individual. No injuries were reported.
