WILLIE LEE DAVIS, 85, of Manassas, Virginia passed away Monday, June 9, 2014 at his residence.
He was born on January 10, 1929 in Mayersville, Mississippi the son of the late Charles and Ruby (Gilleson) Davis. He was a retired painter at Quantico Marine Base. He loved fishing and being on the water and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He was an avid NASCAR fan.
Survivors include his loving wife, Mildred E. Davis; seven children, one sister, 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00pm Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, Virginia where funeral services will be held 10:00am Friday, June 13, 2014 with Rev. Dr. Billy G. Tatum officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Woodbine Cemetery, 12914 Canova Drive, Manassas, Virginia.Â
