WOODBRIDGE, Va. — This morning deluge of rain is already causing issues on the roads.
A tree fell across Blackburn Road in Woodbridge about 7:30 a.m. causing a temporary road closure, according to Rob Holtzhauer who sent PotomacLocal.com the photo of  the tree on the road. The road connects U.S. 1 with Featherstone Road.
‘Skies over Manassas darkened about 8:15 a.m. where a hard preceded to fall. Storms and heavy downpours are expected all day today.
