Mohammad Asad Ali was exonerated of the crime of brandishing a firearm.
In court documents, the case against Ali was tossed out. Ali petitioned the court to have all case records expunged and won.
"The court finds that the continued existence and possible dissemination of information relating to the arrest of the petitioner causes or may cause circumstances that constitute injustice to the petitioner," a court document states.
