Hocus Pocus, we hope you join us for the 3rd annual Manassas City Library Halloween Pet Costume Contest! Email us a photo of your pet in their Halloween costume at [email protected] between October 1 – 20. Vote for your favorite pet October 21 – 26 at Manassas City Library or on social media. The winner will be announced on Thursday, October 31. Funded by Friends of the Library.
