Public swimming pools across the Potomac Communities will reopen Saturday.
In Prince William, all of the county’s waterparks and community pools open Saturday and will continue operating on weekends only through June 16. The summer schedule begins June 16 and runs through Sept. 3, according to Prince William County Park Authority spokeswoman Diane Cabot.
Admission fees at community pools during peak hours are set at no more than $4.25 for children ages 2 – 17-years-old, and $3.75 to $4.50 for adults. Evenings are discounted at the pools at rates of $1.50 to $3.25 after 4 p.m., and seniors 60 years and older are also given discounts.
