New police reports have surfaced showing police on multiple occasions have investigated a constituent of Supervisor Andrea Bailey after he participated in a public forum and after he sent an email critical of elected county officials.
Police visited the home of Bob Hand of Dumfries on August 3, after he sent an email to all eight members of the Board of County Supervisors, following a hot-mic moment where Bailey asked Chair-At large, "what are going to do about Alan Gloss?"
Gloss, critical of the Board of County Supervisors, had just finished addressing the Board during public comment time at a July 20 meeting. The comment was caught on video, though Bailey has been quoted as having denied saying it and has repeatedly refused our requests for comment.
