WOODBRIDGE, Va. -- The Prince William Conservation Alliance (PWCA) will be sponsoring a series of eight free workshops created for everyone interested in protecting clean water resources from Northern Virginia to the Chesapeake Bay.
The program, called Stream Stewards, starts Sunday, March 25 at 1:00 with a tour of two streams in distress. Participants will meet at Hylbrook Park at 2440 Prince William Parkway, in Woodbridge.
Whether you live right next to a stream or miles away, your actions can help improve water quality. Stream Stewards provides you with information and ideas to help improve your community, protect our public drinking water supply and ensure a sustainable future for our children.
