Absentee voting for the upcoming special election on April 3, 2012, for the Garrisonville District seat on the Stafford Board of Supervisors begins on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at the Stafford’s Voter Registration Office located at 1300 Courthouse Road. Eligible voters must complete an Absentee Ballot Application and provide appropriate identification.
The Absentee Ballot Application is then processed and voting takes place via the mail, an optical scan paper ballot or an electronic touch-screen voting machine just as it is done on Election Day.
