A tree fell onto a minivan traveling on Interstate 95 in North Stafford.
Emergency crews were called about 12:25 p.m. after someone called and report the tree fell across the left and middle lane of the northbound side of the highway, just south of mile post 143.
Windows on the minivan were shattered, according to initial reports. The van was occupied by at least one person.
