Community question: As coronavirus spreads, what do you miss?

Today, Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam issued a stay-at-home order, telling state residents to only travel if it's necessary -- to places like grocery stores, or to seek medical attention. Violating the order, he said, could be punishable by up to a year in jail and/or a $2,500 fine. Yesterday, President Donald Trump announced his social distancing orders -- which also require U.S. citizens to stay at home, work from home, and travel only when necessary, would be extended through April. Adhering to these rules could reduce the expected number of coronavirus deaths in the U.S., which was forecasted to be as many as 200,000, according to Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. All of this self-isolation has many of this not only fearful of the virus but also longing for the way life used to be. Just prior to the president's announcement, we posted to Facebook and Instagram asking our community: What do you miss? For me, surprisingly, it's cars on the road. In our neighborhood, a wide, four-lane commuter thoroughfare not only seems empty, but it has also been turned into a competition racetrack, as I've drivers run head to head in a race to beat each other. Here are our Facebook and Instagram posts. Feel free to add to the conversation here in the comments section of this post.
