Anne Celestine Jasper

Anne Celestine Jasper, age 76, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on August 26, 2019.

She was born on November 2, 1942, to the late Joseph and Agnes Overend.

Mrs. Jasper resided in Manassas, Virginia for over 40 years before moving to Gainesville, Virginia in 2015.

She retired from the Federal Government where she worked for the Social Security Administration.

She was actively involved with All Saints Catholic Church for many years and enjoyed spending time with her sorority sisters in Beta Sigma Phi.

Her grandkids were her pride and joy, who she loved to spoil and follow around to their numerous sporting events through the years.

Predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Eugene Jasper and her sister Mary Stone. Survivors include three children, Jennifer Johnson and her husband John of Gainesville, Va, Richard Jasper, and his wife Evelyn of Hollywood, Fl, and Sharon Jasper of Gainesville, Va; Two Grandchildren, Andrew and Emily Johnson; two brother in laws, Robert Stone, and Glenn Jasper and his wife, Betty.

The family will receive friends and loved ones on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, Virginia from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM where a prayer service will be held at 4:00 PM. A Celebration of Life reception will follow the service at the home of John and Jenny Johnson.
Inurnment will be private.
