WOODBRIDGE â Four hundred members and guests of Realtor Association of Prince William (PWAR) gathered at Gala Cuisine at Foxchase Manor near Manassas on Friday, April 5 for the Annual REALTOR Awards Gala.
The event recognized and honored nearly 300 Realtor association members who reached high sales goals in 2018. The recipients of the 2018 Special Awards were also announced during the meeting.
The winners include:
- Zhanneta Nekrich, Long & Foster, Code of Ethics
- Laura Triplett, Atlantic Coast Mortgage, Educator of the Year
- Jim Evans, Berkshire Hathaway Home Service, Manager of the Year
- David Bridges, Pearson Smith Realty, Realtor of the Year
- Toni Pierce, Berkshire Hathaway Home Service, Rookie of the Year

- Beth Grant, Berkshire Hathaway Home Service, and Eric Williams, Fine Living Realty, Volunteers of the Year
- Merlyn Banks, Banks Property Management & Sales, Patricia Jones, Weichert REALTORS, and Terrylynn Harrell, Metropolis Associates LLC, Hall of Fame
This year, for the first time, we also recognized two Affiliates of the Year instead of just one.
These top agents were recognized based on their professionalism, due diligence, customer care and attention, and a strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
To be eligible for the âMillion Dollar Club,â a Realtor must be a current member of PWAR, be affiliated with an Association member firm in good standing and attain certain designated goals of salesmanship.
Sales were calculated from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 of any given award year. Each year, hundreds of Realtors apply for these awards, which symbolize their hard work and dedication to the Real Estate industry.
âOur members have the vision, the knowledge, and the experience to help us pave our way into the future,â states 2019 PWAR President Jim Croson in a press release. âWe applaud and recognize those agents who have excelled this past year and are changing lives for the better through homeownership.â
