Deborah Sue Ratliff, age 49 of Manassas, VA died at her residence on Saturday, October 21, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her father Thomas B. Marks and is survived by her husband Jamie C. Ratliff; her daughters Nikki James and Rachel James; her mother Margaret Johnson; her sister Angela Sowers; a niece Julie Sowers and her mother and father in law Samuel and Nancy Ratliff.

The family will receive friends at Pierce Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 from 6-8 PM where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Interment Tichenel Cemetery in Heaters, West Virginia on Thursday at 1:00 PM
