Elizabeth Noreen Fritsch “Bette”, age 82, of Nokesville, Virginia peacefully passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017 at her home, surrounded by friends and family.
She was born on November 11, 1934 in Carnegie, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late John and Helen (DeHoux) Welsh. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Fritsch.
Survivors include her two sons, Jon Eric Fritsch and wife Laurie of Blacksburg, Virginia, Timothy Robert Fritsch and wife LeaAnn of Nokesville, Virginia; two sisters, Susan Dodson and Mary Strauss; four grandchildren, Jillian Leigh Fritsch, Grayson Heath Fritsch, Iris Elizabeth Fritsch and Amelia Olive Fritsch.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, Virginia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM Monday, October 2, 2017 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 12975 Purcell Road, Manassas, Virginia.
Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery.
