The group will also learn about the Kentucky Workforce Talent Pipeline with a focus on how to reverse engineer the talent pipeline to attract, retain and create the workforce of today and tomorrow. The Bluegrass Alliance panel discussion will focus on regional cooperation and enhance economic development efforts.”
