Air Force Veteran brings new YogaSix studio to Lake Ridge

“YogaSix Lake Ridge is owned by Air Force Veteran Lydia Maglathlin. She was commissioned as an Intelligence Officer and served on active duty for four years.”

“After her time in the military, Maglathlin sought a fitness modality that would match the workouts she performed during her military service. She took her first YogaSix class and the effect it had on her physical and mental well-being inspired Maglathlin to want to develop her own yoga studio.”

“A variety of yoga classes are offered at YogaSix to encompass everything from deep stretching to stress relief to high-intensity training. Offering six core formats – Y6 101, Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power, and Y6 Sculpt + Flow.”

“The studio provides class options for everybody, from beginners to athletes seeking recovery to more advanced students.”

“YogaSix Lake Ridge is open 7 days a week with 4-6 classes daily, with plans to add more. Monthly memberships are available for 4, 8, or unlimited visits per month, as well as drop-in options.”
