Prince William County Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney: "On May 24, 2023, a Prince William County jury found Marvin Anton Cabrera Martinez guilty of one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless driving by speed, and one count of driving without an operator’s license. The jury deliberated for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before returning their verdicts of guilty. The matter was prosecuted by Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorneys Sarah Sami and Iram Ashraf."
"On February 14, 2022, members of the Prince William County Crash Investigation Unit were dispatched to a report of a 4-vehicle crash occurring on Richmond Highway. The driver of a white Jeep SUV involved in the crash was driven by the Defendant, Marvin Anton Cabrera Martinez, [of Woodbridge]. Electronic data from the Defendant’s vehicle revealed that the Defendant had been operating his vehicle up to 84 miles an hour in a posted 35 mph construction zone seconds prior to the crash."
