Crossing guards in Prince William County got new wheels this week.
The county's police department announced that the cruisers driven by crossing guards and officers who conduct parking enforcement would have a blue-on-white color scheme, the reverse of the white-on-blue scheme on most county cop cars.
"We are rolling out the new Parking Enforcement and Crossing Guard cars. They're white with traditional PWCPD blue color for the lettering," the department posted to Twitter.
