Election office finds ballot discrepancies in Prince William County polls

Election officials in Prince William County say human error led to discrepancies in vote totals for at least two House of Delegates races.

Republican candidate for District 51 Tim Cox issued a statement late Wednesday night describing glaring differences in the vote totals in his race from the time he went to bed late Tuesday night to the time he woke up Wednesday morning.

The original write-in number also changed from 26 to 21.
