A well-known grocer aims to serve Woodbridge in a whole new way when its new neighborhood market opens next month.
A new 65,500 square-foot Todos Neighborhood Market will open at the River Oaks shopping center, inside a location that initially opened in the 1990s as a Giant Food store. It will be the largest of the chain's two stores and the second to open in a former Giant Food location in Woodbridge.
"I think there is a need for an international market that can actually serve the entire community, so that's why we changed the name to neighborhood market rather than a supermarket," said Carlos Castro, owner of Todos Supermarket.
