Newly-appointed George Mason University President Dr. Gregory Washington will spend the evening with business owners in Woodbridge.
He'll join Prince William Chamber of Commerce members at the Potomac Science Center at 650 Mason Ferry Avenue in Woodbridge for networking, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres.
Washington is expected to discuss the university's future, which just welcomed its largest freshman class this year with 39,000 students. The chamber is taking reservations for the event, which takes place Wednesday, September 8, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
