Sources tell me that changes to the Prince William County School Board's public comment policy will be announced Monday.
The state's second-largest school division is expected to limit public comment time during School Board meetings -- a point in the meetings when residents can speak directly to their elected School Board members.
The school division is looking to limit the amount of time in which residents have to speak to the Board, which, in the past, has been capped at three minutes per person. A source tells me that the school division is also exploring an option that would allow residents to upload a video of their comments to the School Board, which could be viewed at any time.
