Some Dumfries residents say they're concerned about an effort to install new streetlights in their neighborhood.
To boot: they can't reach anyone at town hall to share their concerns, they say.
A total of 12 new lights are slated to be installed along Tebbs Lane, in the Knolls of Dumfries neighborhood. According to Prince William County Transportation Director Rick Canizales, it's a project that's been in the works for the past six months.
