Stafford fire department combs U.S. to replace military medals lost during blaze

In February, the Stafford County Fire and Rescue Department was called to a house fire on Randolph Road in the Ferry Farm area. The fire displaced homeowner Robert Mihalak, who was forced to live with a caretaker.
