Roofing, gutter firm expands to Lorton, opens new office

Shanco, a leader in the home exterior and roofing industry, opened a new office in Lorton in an effort to expand the company’s service area

More from Shanco:

Shanco handles exterior needs including roofing, gutters, and windows for residential and commercial multi-family homes.

Plans to develop operations in Lorton were driven by the successful tenure in the Gaithersburg, Maryland area.

“We are so excited to join the Lorton community with this new office opening,” says, Leo Ruberto, president and owner of Feazel, the parent company. “As we expand our business, we feel it is important for our teams to live and work in the community they serve. Opening this local office will aid in providing first-class customer service to the northern Virginia area.”

This office has brought several new jobs to the area primarily in sales and project management roles. Shanco is grateful to expand the service footprint and be a part of the Lorton community. The office is located at 8350 Terminal Road, Suite A, Lorton, Virginia.
