Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur. Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Montclair, Triangle and Dumfries around 1235 PM EDT. Dale City around 1240 PM EDT. Lake Ridge around 1245 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Cherry Hill and Independent Hill. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.

A Tornado Watch is in effect until 6 PM EDT this evening. A High Wind Warning is in effect today for for Calvert, St Mary`s, Charles, Anne Arundel and Prince George`s Counties. For the rest of the area, a Wind Advisory is in effect. A Storm Warning is in effect for the mid Chesapeake Bay and lower and mid tidal Potomac today. A Gale Warning is in effect for the northern Chesapeake Bay and upper Tidal Potomac River.
