Coming out of the dark? Osbourn High School in Manassas is the first in our region to announce it would hold an in-person graduation ceremony in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

You'll remember, the spread of the virus abruptly ended school for all students across Virginia on March 13, leaving soon-to-be graduating seniors without any idea as to whether or not they would ever be able to participate in a traditional high school graduation ceremony.
