Deborah Jean Tennant, age 69, passed away on August 24, 2019 at Vibra Hospital of Richmond. She was born on May 7, 1950 in Washington, DC to the late Ralph Matthew Dean and Esther M. Beach. She is survived by her loving children, son Jeffrey Tennant and wife Rachel Wissinger; and daughter Patti Tennant and fiancé Avery Poles; and by her three beloved grandchildren Jonathan Tennant, Jacob Thorne, and Raymond Thorne. She is also survived by her siblings, Donald Dean, Matthew Dean, Jr., Drew Dean, Dora Hamm, Wanda Hagerman, Patsy Puckett, Jerry Dean, Thomas Dean, Brenda Davis, and many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 10-11AM, with a funeral service at 11AM at Pierce Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9609 Center St. Manassas, VA 20110. Internment will follow at the Manassas City Cemetery.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donation be made in Deborah’s memory to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
