James W. Scott, 76, of Scottsdale, AZ, formerly of Lansing, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Maryana Scott of Scottsdale, one son, Daniel (Rhoda Movete) Mabule, three grandchildren: Maryana, Chisomo and Madalitso of Wichita Falls, TX, mother, Missouri Scott of Atlanta, GA and two sisters and their families; Louise Victoria (Leonard) Robertson of Lawton, OK and Rita Valencia (George) Forrest of Alphretta,GA and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation on Friday, July 26th from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 13318 Occoquan Road, Woodbridge, VA. Interment to follow at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
