STAFFORD COUNTY — All lanes of Interstate 95 northbound are closed in Stafford County at mile marker 147, just south of Exit 148/Quantico Marine Corps Base, for a multi-vehicle crash.
Drivers should anticipate significant northbound travel delays and are advised to seek alternate routes.
The crash was dispatched at 1:20 p.m. Drivers on the highway were dealing with rainy conditions at the time of the crash.

A separate crash on Route 1 at Locust Shade Park, not far from the site of the I-95 crash, has closed a portion of that road.
