Lucille Catherine Raiford, 99, of Manassas, passed away on March 31, 2019, at her home with family.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Alexandria, where she taught Sunday School for many years. She enjoyed painting, gardening and bird watching. She had retired as a secretary for the government.
Among her survivors are her nieces and nephews, Diane Lewis, Debra Longhelt, Janyce McNaughton, Kenan Hunter, Donna Hunter and Chuck Hunter.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Stonewall Memory Gardens.
