She was not only a great wife and mother but an outstanding nurse who gave her all for her patients. She injured her back helping a patient twenty years ago and has been in constant pain ever since. Through the pain, she always managed to smile and share her time and love with her husband of almost 50 years David Robert Keene who survives her. They were truly best friends and shared a love like no other. She leaves behind her son’s David Keene II (Maureen) and Marc Goodman. Her 6 grandchildren will miss her and carry her memory in their hearts. Her brother, Dr. Joseph Helpern of SC and her sisters Amy Fischman of SC and Holli Levy of MD are going to miss her beautiful smile and loving heart.
