Repair of water main near Route 234 exit

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY – (Press Release) The Service Authority will be conducting a non-emergency repair of a water main just north of the Rte. 234 exit ramp off Interstate 66 in Manassas this weekend.

The repair, which will improve service reliability in the drinking water distribution system, will necessitate the closure of the ramp onto northbound Rte. 234 from early Saturday evening until early Sunday afternoon.

Water service to area residents and businesses is not expected to be impacted. During the ramp closure, there will be signage on I-66 directing motorists to use alternate routes. Work is weather dependent and subject to change if there are inclement conditions.
