Charles E. Howard Jr, 70, of Stafford County passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.

Junior, as he was called, was a lifelong resident of Stafford County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Maggie Howard; and his loving aunt, Mary Howard.

Survivors include his sister, M. Elizabeth Johnson; nieces Cynthia, Renee, Marshelle and husband Leon and their children, Tayandra and Taralyn, Clarissa and her children, Asionna and Avaya; and nephew Samuel Johnson and his children, Tyshawn, Zaniyah, and Londyn.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 18 at New Journey Baptist Church in Stafford with Reverend James A. Jackson officiating.
