Patricia Ann Telford

Patricia (Patty) Ann Telford of Manassas, Virginia died peacefully in her sleep on July 8th, 2017. Patty was born in Washington, DC on May 17th, 1954 and continued to live in the Northern Virginia area. Patty is preceded in death by her mother, Irene Wheeler Telford and survived by her father William H. Telford. She was the beloved sister of Debbi Freer (Raleigh, NC) and Jennifer Nalepa (Aiken, SC); her brother-in-law Chick Nalepa; nephew Nick Nalepa (Ft. Lauderdale, FL); nieces Dawn Nalepa (Ashburn, VA) and Alena Freer (Raleigh, NC); and dear friend Victor (Joe) Frappier, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

Patty graduated from Fairfax High School and then James Madison University. Patty recently retired from the Farm Credit Administration. She has enjoyed traveling in the area to visit historic sites and museums. Patty was an active member of the Manassas Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held at the Manassas Baptist Church, 8800 & 8730 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA on Wednesday, July 12 at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patty’s memory to Manassas Baptist Church, The American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org or a charity of your choice.
