Clarence Harrell

Clarence Harrell, age 70, of Woodbridge, VA, went to be with his Lord on June 15, 2017. Beloved husband of to Barbara J. (McCarthy) Harrell. They met in Brooklyn, NY, and were married on June 30, 1973. Clarence and Barbara were blessed with 2 children; Clarence Harrell, Jr. (Corinne), and Vaughn Harrell. Cherished grandfather of Christina McLucas and Caimon Harrell. Dear brother of Helen Council (Roy), George Harrell (Rose), William Harrell, Joseph Harrell, Moses Harrell, Sam and Jewell Ward, Joyce Carter, Arthur and Mary McCarthy,and Stanley and Kaye Burnett
He was predeceased by his siblings; Sam Harrell, Edward Harrell, Armstrong Harrell, Betty Jean Person, and Annie Mae Florence. Clarence was born in Tarboro, NC on September 25, 1946 to the late George and Mary (Higgs) Harrell.

Clarence was devoted to his family and his Lord. He was a faithful member of New Horizon Christian Faith Church in Woodbridge, VA. He loved to watch television and enjoyed a good meal. When time permitted, he was an avid fisherman. Clarence worked for Fairfax County for 20 years as a heavy equipment operator.

The family will receive friends at the Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 13318 Occoquan Road, Woodbridge, VA 22191 on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 10 AM until the time of his Life Celebration at 11 AM. Interment will be private
