Vicky Lynn Mullins, age 58, of Manassas, Virginia passed away Monday, April 3, 2017 at her residence.
She grew up in Virginia and also lived in Southern Florida. She loved nature, motorcycles and the New York Yankees. She devoted her career to working with special needs children
She was born on June 23, 1958 in Leesburg, Virginia daughter of Vernon Ralph Mullins and Hattie Mae (Clemens) Riley.
Survivors include her mother, Hattie Mae Riley of Manassas, VA; father, Vernon Ralph Mullins of Hudson, FL; partner, Tammy O’Neal of Manassas, VA; brother, J.D. Mullins of Salem, MA; sister, Loretta Gregory and husband Bruce of Annandale, VA.
The family will receive friends 1:00-2:00PM Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA where a memorial service will be held at 2:00PM with Pastor Tim MA officiating. Interment will be private.
A contribution can be made in her memory to your local animal shelter.
