DALE CITY, Va. — Policed filed charges in the fatal crash of a motorcycle rider killed last week on Minneville Road in Dale City.

Fatal Crash Investigation *CHARGES FILED – On November 2, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit filed charges in connection to the fatal crash which occurred in the area of Minnieville Rd and Cheshire Station Plz in Woodbridge on October 25. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2015 Honda Accord failed to yield the right-of-way upon making a left hand turn which caused the collision with a passing motorcycle. The motorcycle operator was transported to an area hospital where he died as a result of this injuries. Following the investigation, the driver of the Honda Accord, identified as Charles James ALLEN, was served a summons related to the crash on November 3.
