Rash of burglaries investigated in Prince William

From Prince William police: 

Residential Burglary – On September 30 at 9:52AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1900 block of Knoll Top Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:40AM and 9:10AM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. Entry is believed to have been made into the residence through an unsecured rear door. An iPad, two laptop computers, and a gaming console were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On September 29 at 8:08PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4900 block of Chaste Tree Pl in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 2:00PM on September 24 and 9:00PM on September 25. The investigation revealed that entry was made into an attached garage of the residence through the garage door which was left open. No entry was made into the main residence. A bicycle and helmet were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On September 29 at 6:19PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3600 block of Ketchum Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 2:00AM and 5:00AM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry. A drum set and two gaming consoles with games were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On September 29 at 4:44PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4800 block of Cavallo Way in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred on September 23 between 3:30PM and 4:00PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into an attached garage of the residence through the garage door which was left open. No entry was made into the main residence. Mail, a bicycle, and a personal check were reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On September 29 at 5:00AM, officers responded to the N Mart located at 7223 Centerville Rd in Manassas (20111) to investigate an alarm activation. Officers arrived and found the front door unsecured. The investigation revealed that sometime between 10:20PM on September 28 and 5:00AM on September 29, entry was made into the business through a front window which was found damaged. Cigarettes, lottery tickets, and money were reported missing. The investigation continues.
