Villatoro charged with indecent exposure at Dale City restaurant

A server inside restaurant in Dale City said a man walked into the eatery and exposed himself to her.

Indecent Exposure – On September 9 at 1:41AM, officers responded to a business located in the 2800 block of Dale Blvd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 33-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was working as a server at the business when the accused, a customer, exposed himself to her. The suspect then left the business on foot and the victim contacted police. Responding officers located the accused a short time later. Upon further investigation, the accused was determined to be intoxicated. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Henry Osiris VILLATORO, 27, of 14711 Brook Dr in Woodbridge

Charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication

Court Date: Pending | Bond: Released on a $1,500 unsecured bond
